Reservation & Cancellation Policy

Reservation

The total cost of your stay is payable at the time of booking.  This will ensure the accommodation is reserved for you for the dates you have selected.  We have a minimum 3 nights stay as standard.

For bookings during school holidays and high season you must book for the minimum nights stipulated. It is not possible to book individual nights during these very popular periods.  Our normal minimum booking is for 3 nights rising to 4 or more during busy periods / school holidays

Cancellation

A full refund will be made for cancellations when notification is received 2 weeks before the booked date of arrival.  Any cancellation requested after this time will receive no refund.  However, you may be able to re-book for different dates if they are available, subject to the discretion of property’s owners.

No-show

In an event of No-show, the total cost of your stay will be non-refundable.

Check-in

You may check-in to your accommodation from 4pm on day of arrival.  The key to the accommodation is securely stored in a key-safe, the code for which will be sent to you via text or email 2 days prior to arrival, as long as full balance for your stay has been paid.

Check-out

You must check-out of your accommodation by 10am on day of departure.

Damages

Although we do not ask for a deposit to cover any potential damages, we do appreciate that accidents can happen. If this is the case please leave a note for the cleaner so that any damages/breakages can be repaired or replaced for the next tenant.  for major damages we reserve the right to claim for the full replacement of the item broken.
